OIS offers special solutions with an own product portfolio. Our product OMAS (Offshore Maintenance Access System) enables access to underneath areas, sides and support legs of an offshore platform up to the water line using an 31m arm system with a basket capacity of 350kg. OMAS is available as deck suspended system or as railway system installed underneath the platform.

Together with a partner we have developed a boat-landing solution for transition pieces. The fender protect system has to be fixed on the coated and installed steel structure setting up both a resilient and frictionless surface for the vessel landing and protection for the finished surfaces for a long term at the same time. The system is interchangeable.

Producing steel structures like shown in the picture (here: access platform from stainless steel) are standard services and are available in a tailor made way on request by the customer. Hydraulic installations as well as a especially for offshore tasks developed oil-change-unit are available on request, too.

Offshore corrosion repairs – thats one of our very special business fields. With our own FROSIO- and NACE-inspectors and the experience in high quality job executions, we make a professional job in new and repair coatings on the highly loaded surfaces offshore.

Our industrial climbers even are able to get access to difficult positions if needed.

Offshore trainingOffshore training
Our employees are certified by NOGEPA 0.5 A and trained in first aid. Continuous health checks (G25 and G41 offshore) assure the operational capability of our team. All employees are certified electrically instructed persons (EuP).

Vessel fleetVessel fleet
By our own vessel fleet, we are able to fulfill our tasks autarchic to the logistic, provided by the customer. With the "M/V Prof. Albrecht Penck" as SSV and the MV "Krebsjet" as fast CTV we are well equipped also for a long term offshore job.
